Check-In Rules

Check-in rules control who can check in and when. These settings apply to all future check-ins.

Where to find it​

Settings -> Check-In -> Check-In Policy

Common rules​

  • Minimum age for self-service check-in
  • Earliest check-in time
  • Payment and balance blocks
  • Long-stay restrictions
  • Auto room assignment
  • Which room statuses are allowed for check-in

Update check-in rules​

  1. Open Settings -> Check-In.
  2. Find the Check-In Policy section.
  3. Update the rules you need.
  4. Save your changes.

Tips​

  • If you block check-in for outstanding balance, guests must pay before self-service check-in.
  • If auto room assignment is enabled, only clean rooms are assigned.
