Payment Settings

Payment settings connect your payment gateway and control how you collect deposits or full payment.

Where to find it​

Settings -> Essentials -> Payment Gateway

What you can configure​

  • Choose a payment gateway (Stripe or Red Dot Payment)
  • Enable deposit collection
  • Enable full payment collection
  • Switch between test and live modes (if supported by the gateway)

Connect a payment gateway​

  1. Open Settings -> Essentials.
  2. Locate Payment Gateway.
  3. Select your gateway.
  4. Enter the required account details.
  5. Save the settings.

Choose payment collection rules​

  1. Enable deposit collection, full payment, or both.
  2. Save your changes.
  3. Confirm the payment info panel appears.

If payments are not showing​

  • Confirm the gateway is connected and active.
  • Check that at least one collection option is enabled.
