Check-In
Use the Check-ins view to process arrivals, assign rooms, and complete guest check-in.
Where to find it
Open the Operations view and select the Check-ins tab.
Daily workflow
- Review today's arrivals.
- Assign rooms for reservations that are unassigned.
- Confirm room readiness with housekeeping when needed.
- Check guests in as they arrive.
Check in a guest
- Find the reservation (search by name or confirmation number).
- Confirm room assignment and dates.
- Click Check In.
- Review the details and confirm.
- Provide room access details to the guest.
Assign a room
If the reservation is unassigned:
- Click Auto Assign if available.
- Confirm the room is clean and ready.
- Proceed with check-in.
Early arrivals
- If the room is ready, check the guest in normally.
- If the room is not ready, coordinate with housekeeping and set expectations.
Walk-ins
Create the reservation in your PMS first, then refresh the Check-ins view to process it.
