This guide explains how teams usually get set up and start using Streamliner.

What the setup covers

  • Hotel basics (name, country, time zone)
  • PMS connection (if your hotel uses one)
  • Room access setup (smart locks or keycards)
  • Check-in rules and guest registration details
  • Payment setup (if you collect deposits or full payment)

Typical first-day flow

  1. Sign in with the account provided by your admin.
  2. Complete the guided onboarding checklist if it appears.
  3. Confirm your hotel details and settings.
  4. Review today's arrivals in the Check-ins view.
  5. Run your first check-in using a real reservation.

If you do not see onboarding

Some hotels turn onboarding off after initial setup. If you need access, ask your admin to enable it for your account.
