This guide explains how teams usually get set up and start using Streamliner.
What the setup covers
- Hotel basics (name, country, time zone)
- PMS connection (if your hotel uses one)
- Room access setup (smart locks or keycards)
- Check-in rules and guest registration details
- Payment setup (if you collect deposits or full payment)
Typical first-day flow
- Sign in with the account provided by your admin.
- Complete the guided onboarding checklist if it appears.
- Confirm your hotel details and settings.
- Review today's arrivals in the Check-ins view.
- Run your first check-in using a real reservation.
If you do not see onboarding
Some hotels turn onboarding off after initial setup. If you need access, ask your admin to enable it for your account.
