How do I check in a guest?

Open the Check-ins view, find the reservation, assign a room if needed, then click Check In.

I cannot find a reservation. What should I do?

Search by confirmation number or guest name, then refresh. If it still does not appear, confirm the reservation exists in your PMS.

Why can I not log in?

Check your username format and password, then clear the browser cache and try again. If it still fails, ask your admin to reset your password.

How do I set up payments?

Go to Settings -> Essentials -> Payment Gateway and connect your payment provider. Enable deposit or full payment collection based on your hotel policy.

How do I update room status?

Open the Housekeeping or Rooms view, find the room, and change its condition to Clean, Dirty, or Inspected.
