Login Problems

Quick Check

Most login issues resolve in 2 minutes with a refresh and a re-try.

Use this guide when you cannot sign in to AVA.

Quick checks

  1. Make sure Caps Lock is off.
  2. Re-enter your username and password carefully.
  3. Refresh the page and try again.

Use social sign-in (Google or LINE)

If your account was created with Google or LINE, you must use that provider.

  1. On the login page, select Sign in with Google or Sign in with LINE.
  2. Finish the provider sign-in.
  3. Return to AVA after the redirect.

✓ You should land on the dashboard.

Reset your password

If your hotel allows password reset:

  1. Select Forgot password? on the Login page.
  2. Follow the email instructions.

If there is no reset link, ask your admin to reset your password.

Clear browser data

  1. Clear cookies and cached files.
  2. Close the browser completely.
  3. Reopen the browser and sign in again.

Check your username format

Some hotels use a specific format, like firstname.lastname or email. Ask your supervisor if you are unsure.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid username or password"

What you see: The login form rejects your credentials.

Fix:

  1. Re-enter your username and password.
  2. Use Forgot password? if you are unsure.
  3. Ask your admin to reset your password.

"Invalid social login state. Please try again."

What you see: Social sign-in fails after redirect.

Fix:

  1. Return to the login page.
  2. Start social sign-in again.
  3. Avoid using back or opening multiple tabs.

"Google/LINE sign-in is not configured"

What you see: Social sign-in is blocked or unavailable.

Fix:

  1. Use username and password instead.
  2. Ask your admin if social sign-in is enabled.

"Session expired"

What you see: You are logged out after signing in.

Fix:

  1. Sign in again.
  2. Clear browser data if the issue repeats.
