Login Problems
Use this guide if you cannot sign in.
Quick checks
- Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- Re-enter your username and password carefully.
- Refresh the page and try again.
Clear browser data
- Clear cookies and cached files.
- Close the browser completely.
- Reopen the browser and sign in again.
Check your username format
Some hotels use a specific format (for example, firstname.lastname or email). Ask your supervisor if you are unsure.
Reset your password
If your hotel allows password reset:
- Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
- Follow the email instructions.
If there is no reset link, ask your admin to reset your password.
Still blocked
Contact your admin or support with the exact error message you see.
