Multi-Property Setup

Manage multiple hotels from a single AVA Streamliner account.

When to Use This

Use multi-property setup if you:

  • Manage more than one hotel
  • Need staff to work across properties
  • Want centralized reporting

Time Required: 15-20 minutes per property


Step 1: Add a New Property

  1. Click your hotel name in the top-left corner
  2. Select Manage Properties
  3. Click Add Property
  4. Enter the new hotel's details:
    • Hotel name
    • Country
    • Timezone
  5. Click Create

✅ The new property appears in your property list.

Step 2: Configure the New Property

After adding, you need to set up:

  1. PMS Connection - See PMS Connection Guide
  2. Room Access - See Smart Lock Setup
  3. Check-In Settings - Configure in Settings → Check-In

Each property has its own settings. Changes to one don't affect others.

Step 3: Switch Between Properties

To change which hotel you're viewing:

  1. Click the hotel name in the top-left corner
  2. Select the property you want to manage
  3. The page refreshes with that hotel's data

⚠️ Note: Always check which property is selected before making changes.


Staff Access

Give Staff Access to Multiple Properties

  1. Go to your main hotel's settings
  2. Click Employee Management
  3. Find the staff member
  4. Click Edit Permissions
  5. Check the properties they should access
  6. Click Save

Restrict Staff to One Property

Follow the same steps, but only check one property.


Reporting Across Properties

To see data from all properties:

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Select All Properties from the filter
  3. Choose your date range
  4. Generate the report

Individual property reports are also available by selecting a specific hotel.


Things to Know

Separate Settings

Each property has completely separate:

  • PMS connections
  • Room configurations
  • Check-in rules
  • Guest data

Shared Items

These are shared across properties:

  • Staff accounts (if given multi-property access)
  • Your login credentials
  • Billing (one invoice for all properties)

Property Limits

Contact your Vouch representative if you need to add more than 10 properties.


Troubleshooting

Can't See All Properties

What you see: Missing hotels in the switcher

Check:

  1. You have permission for those properties
  2. Properties are active (not archived)
  3. Ask admin to verify your access

Wrong Property Data

What you see: Data from different hotel appears

Fix:

  1. Check which property is selected (top-left corner)
  2. Switch to the correct property
  3. Refresh the page
