Multi-Property Setup
Manage multiple hotels from a single AVA Streamliner account.
When to Use This
Use multi-property setup if you:
- Manage more than one hotel
- Need staff to work across properties
- Want centralized reporting
Time Required: 15-20 minutes per property
Step 1: Add a New Property
- Click your hotel name in the top-left corner
- Select Manage Properties
- Click Add Property
- Enter the new hotel's details:
- Hotel name
- Country
- Timezone
- Click Create
✅ The new property appears in your property list.
Step 2: Configure the New Property
After adding, you need to set up:
- PMS Connection - See PMS Connection Guide
- Room Access - See Smart Lock Setup
- Check-In Settings - Configure in Settings → Check-In
Each property has its own settings. Changes to one don't affect others.
Step 3: Switch Between Properties
To change which hotel you're viewing:
- Click the hotel name in the top-left corner
- Select the property you want to manage
- The page refreshes with that hotel's data
⚠️ Note: Always check which property is selected before making changes.
Staff Access
Give Staff Access to Multiple Properties
- Go to your main hotel's settings
- Click Employee Management
- Find the staff member
- Click Edit Permissions
- Check the properties they should access
- Click Save
Restrict Staff to One Property
Follow the same steps, but only check one property.
Reporting Across Properties
To see data from all properties:
- Go to Reports
- Select All Properties from the filter
- Choose your date range
- Generate the report
Individual property reports are also available by selecting a specific hotel.
Things to Know
Separate Settings
Each property has completely separate:
- PMS connections
- Room configurations
- Check-in rules
- Guest data
Shared Items
These are shared across properties:
- Staff accounts (if given multi-property access)
- Your login credentials
- Billing (one invoice for all properties)
Property Limits
Contact your Vouch representative if you need to add more than 10 properties.
Troubleshooting
Can't See All Properties
What you see: Missing hotels in the switcher
Check:
- You have permission for those properties
- Properties are active (not archived)
- Ask admin to verify your access
Wrong Property Data
What you see: Data from different hotel appears
Fix:
- Check which property is selected (top-left corner)
- Switch to the correct property
- Refresh the page
