PMS Connection

Connect your Property Management System (PMS) to AVA Streamliner to sync reservations automatically.

Before You Start

You'll need:

  • Admin access to your PMS
  • API credentials from your PMS provider
  • Admin access to AVA Streamliner

Time Required: 10-15 minutes


Cloudbeds Connection

Step 1: Get Your Cloudbeds Credentials

  1. Log in to Cloudbeds
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → API
  3. Copy your Property ID and API Key

Step 2: Connect in AVA

  1. Go to Settings → Essentials
  2. Find the PMS Integration section
  3. Select Cloudbeds
  4. Enter:
    • Property ID
    • API Key
  5. Click Connect

Step 3: Verify Connection

  1. Wait 2-3 minutes for sync
  2. Go to Operations View
  3. Check that bookings appear

✅ Success: You see today's reservations from Cloudbeds.


Opera Cloud Connection

Step 1: Request API Access

  1. Contact your Oracle OPERA representative
  2. Request API credentials for AVA integration
  3. You'll receive:
    • Hotel ID
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
    • Environment URL

Step 2: Connect in AVA

  1. Go to Settings → Essentials
  2. Find the PMS Integration section
  3. Select Opera
  4. Enter your credentials
  5. Click Connect

Step 3: Configure Sync Settings

  1. Choose sync frequency (default: every 5 minutes)
  2. Select which reservation types to sync
  3. Click Save

Mews Connection

Step 1: Get Mews Credentials

  1. Log in to Mews Commander
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find Vouch AVA in the marketplace
  4. Copy the Access Token

Step 2: Connect in AVA

  1. Go to Settings → Essentials
  2. Find the PMS Integration section
  3. Select Mews
  4. Enter the Access Token
  5. Click Connect

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

What you see: Error message when clicking Connect

Try this:

  1. Double-check your credentials
  2. Make sure you have API permissions in your PMS
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Try again in a few minutes

Reservations Not Syncing

What you see: No reservations appear after connecting

Try this:

  1. Click Refresh in Operations View
  2. Wait 5 minutes for initial sync
  3. Check that reservations exist in your PMS
  4. Verify the connection status in Settings

Sync Delays

What you see: Reservations are delayed

Note: Most PMS sync every 5 minutes. Real-time sync depends on your PMS plan.
