Data Not Updating
Use this guide if reservations, room status, or guest details look out of date.
Quick fix
- Refresh the page.
- Check if the latest changes appear.
Force a full refresh
- Use a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
- Wait for the page to fully load.
- Check the data again.
Check your connection
- Open a new tab and visit another website.
- If other sites are slow, switch to a more reliable connection.
Log out and back in
- Log out from the user menu.
- Close the browser.
- Sign back in and re-check the data.
Still out of date
Ask a supervisor or admin to verify the data in the PMS and confirm the sync status.
