Data Not Updating

Use this guide if reservations, room status, or guest details look out of date.

Quick fix

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check if the latest changes appear.

Force a full refresh

  1. Use a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
  2. Wait for the page to fully load.
  3. Check the data again.

Check your connection

  1. Open a new tab and visit another website.
  2. If other sites are slow, switch to a more reliable connection.

Log out and back in

  1. Log out from the user menu.
  2. Close the browser.
  3. Sign back in and re-check the data.

Still out of date

Ask a supervisor or admin to verify the data in the PMS and confirm the sync status.
