Generate CP Event Entitlement Codes

Quick Setup

Generate one CP Event code in about 3 minutes when products and timeslots are ready.

Use CP Events to create unique entitlement codes for a selected ticket product and event timeslot.

Control	What it does	Common use
Product	Selects the ticket product	Choose the event or attraction
Variant	Selects the ticket type	Choose an available ticket option
Date	Sets the event date	Create codes for one event day
Timeslot	Sets the entry period	Limit code use to a scheduled slot
Slots	Sets the number of entitlements	Create the required quantity
Remarks	Adds an internal note	Identify the campaign or request

Open CP Events

1. Open the AVA admin portal.

2. Go to Ticketing → CP Events.

3. If CP Events opens in a new tab, switch to that tab.

4. Wait for the Code Generator page to load.

   ✓ You should see product, variant, date, timeslot, and slot controls.

Generate a Code

1. Select a Product.

2. Select a Variant.

3. Enter the number of Slots.

4. Select a Date.

5. Select an available Timeslot.

6. Add Remarks if you need an internal reference.

7. Click Generate Code.

   ✓ A success message confirms that your unique entitlement code is ready.

8. Click Copy Code to share the code with the intended recipient.

Code limits

The selected timeslot must have enough remaining slots. You cannot generate more codes than available.

Find a Generated Code

1. Open the Generated Codes list.

2. Search by code or product name.

3. Filter by Date or Created By.

4. Select a code to open its details.

   ✓ The detail view shows the code, product, date, timeslot, creator, and remarks.

Update or Void a Code

1. Open the code from Generated Codes.

2. Edit Remarks if the internal note needs correction.

3. Click Void when the code must no longer be used.

4. Confirm the action.

   ✓ A voided code cannot create an order.

Before deleting

Deletion cannot be undone. Delete only expired or voided codes.

Troubleshooting

No timeslot is available

What you see: The Timeslot list is empty after you select a date.

Fix:

1. Confirm the Product and Variant are correct.
2. Select another Date.
3. Enter a smaller Slots value.
4. Try again.

The code cannot create an order

What you see: The code is expired, used, voided, or deleted.

Fix:

1. Open Generated Codes.
2. Check the code status and event timeslot.
3. Generate a new code if the code cannot be reused.

Code generation fails

What you see: An error appears after you click Generate Code.

Fix:

1. Confirm every required field has a value.
2. Check that the date is not in the past or future.
3. Check that the timeslot has remaining capacity.
4. Refresh the page and try again.

CP Events does not open

What you see: The CP Events page stays blank or does not open after you click it.

Fix:

1. Allow new tabs or pop-ups for the AVA admin portal.
2. Return to AVA and click Ticketing → CP Events again.
3. Check that your account can access CP Events.
4. Contact support if the page still does not open.
