Locker Key Collection System

Configure locker-based key collection for self-service check-in. Guests receive a locker code to retrieve their physical room key.

Where to Find It

Settings → Room Access → Locker / Kiosk Pickup

Guest & Staff Impact

  • Guests: Pick up their key quickly using a locker code.
  • Staff: Less time spent handing out keys, especially during peak arrival windows.

How It Works

  1. Guest completes check-in → AVA assigns a locker
  2. Code generated → Guest receives locker code
  3. Guest visits locker → Enters code on keypad
