Set Up Building Entrance Access
This usually takes 3-5 minutes. Add one shared code, then translate the guest instructions.
Use this page when guests need one code to enter the building, then a separate room key.
Use this for a property-level entrance code. The code is the same for every guest.
Where to Find It
Settings → Customizations → Building Entrance AccessQuick Reference
| Setting | What It Controls | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Main Message | Short entrance instruction shown to guests | Translated for each enabled language |
| Secondary Message | Extra directions for the entrance step | Optional and translated too |
| Entrance Code | The shared building code | One code for the whole property |
If you need to start over, click Clear all languages in either message field. This removes the text in every language tab at once.
