How smart locks work

  1. AVA connects to your lock vendor.
  2. AVA generates a unique PIN for each stay.
  3. Guests receive the PIN at check-in.
  4. PINs expire at your configured PIN Code Expiration Time on checkout day.

Supported vendors

  • Igloohome (OAuth connection)
  • TTLock (username + password connection)
  • Wishome (account credentials)

Before you start

Confirm these basics:

  • Locks are installed and online
  • You have an admin account for the vendor
  • Lock names match room numbers

Next steps

  1. Connect your vendor: Igloohome, TTLock, or Wishome
  2. Assign locks to rooms
  3. Customize guest instructions
