Review Recent Guest Activity

Quick Setup

Use Recent (30 days) and Last Check-in to review activity fast.

This guide helps you review guest activity in Guest Management.

Go to: Main Menu β†’ Guest Management


Quick Reference​

Review Activity​

  1. Go to Main Menu β†’ Guest Management.

  2. Review the Recent Guests card at the top.

  3. In the table, check the Activity column for check-in dates.

  4. Click Filters β†’ Activity β†’ Recent (30 days).

  5. Click Apply Filters.

    βœ“ The list shows guests with recent activity.

Need full check-in history?

Use Check-In/Out Logs for complete reservation records.


Troubleshooting​

Check-in date shows "Never"​

What you see: The Activity column shows "Never".

Fix:

  1. Confirm the guest has completed check-in.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Check Check-In/Out Logs for the reservation.

Recent guests count is zero​

What you see: The Recent Guests card shows 0.

Fix:

  1. Confirm there were check-ins in the last 30 days.
  2. Clear filters and refresh.
  3. Try again later if check-ins are still processing.

Still Stuck?​

Contact success@vouch-technologies.com if:

  • ❌ Recent activity does not match check-in records
  • ❌ Activity dates never populate
  • ❌ Guest Management fails to load

  • Guest name and document number (if available)
  • Date range you checked
  • Screenshot of the Activity column
