Enable Fallback Options
Toggle this switch to ON to provide guests with a way to contact propery staff if they get stuck.
Fallback Methods
1. Phone Call
Allows the guest to call a designated help number directly from the app.
- Phone Number: Enter the full international number (e.g.,
+6591234567). - Validation: Field checks for valid characters (digits,
+,-, spaces). - Guest View: A "Call for Help" or similar button will appear on error screens, dialing this number when tapped.
2. Email Notification (Coming Soon)
This feature is currently under development.
- Status: You may see this option in the settings, but it is currently disabled or marked as "Coming Soon".
- Future Functionality: Will allow guests to trigger an email alert to the hotel staff.
Best Practices
- Always Enable: We highly recommend enabling the Phone Call fallback. Technology can be unpredictable (network issues, hardware faults), and providing a human connection reduces guest frustration.
- 24/7 Number: Ensure the phone number provided is monitored during all potential check-in hours.
