Customize the language support and welcome messages for your guests. These settings control what guests see during their journey.

- Guests: See the correct language and messages during check-in, reducing confusion.
- Staff: Fewer questions at the desk because expectations are set up front.
Features
Supported Languages
Select which languages are available for guests to use in the application.
- English (Default): Always enabled and cannot be disabled.
- Other Languages: Toggle languages like Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, and Khmer.
- Impact: Guests will see a language picker to switch the interface to their preferred language.
Check-In Timing
Define when guests are allowed to check in and what they see before/after that time.
- Allowed Check-In Time: Set the earliest time (HH:MM) a guest can check in (e.g., 14:00).
- Message If Before Check-In Time:
- Displayed if a guest attempts to check in too early.
- Example: "You are too early! Check-in starts at 2:00 PM."
- Multilingual: You can provide translations for each supported language.
- Message If After Check-In Time:
- Displayed if a guest arrives during the valid check-in window.
- Example: "Welcome! Please proceed with your check-in."
- Multilingual: You can provide translations for each supported language.
WiFi Information
Share WiFi credentials with guests during their check-in process.
- WiFi Name: The SSID of the guest network (e.g., "GrandHotel_Guest").
- WiFi Password: The password for the network.
Best Practices
- Be Welcoming: Use the "After Check-In Time" message to greet guests warmly.
- Clear Instructions: If a guest is too early, use the "Before Check-In Time" message to direct them to the front desk for luggage storage or waiting areas.
- Consistent Translations: Ensure you provide messages in all the languages you have enabled to ensure a smooth experience for international guests.
