Configuration Fields
Main Message
The primary instruction shown to the guest. This should be clear and direct.
- Default: "Collect your room key from the front desk"
- Purpose: Tells the guest exactly what to do next.
- Multilingual: Supports translations for all enabled languages.
Secondary Message
Additional context or polite closing remarks.
- Default: "Kindly inform our friendly staff that you have completed the self check-in, and they will assist you"
- Purpose: Softens the instruction and sets expectations for the interaction with staff.
- Multilingual: Supports translations for all enabled languages.
Other Instructions
An optional field for extra details, though usually left blank for front desk collections.
- Placeholder: "Leave blank"
- Note: Typically used only if there are specific requirements (e.g., "Please show your passport again").
When Is This Shown?
These messages appear during the key collection step only if the room access method is set to "Front Desk" or if a digital key issuance fails and falls back to manual collection.
