  • Staff: Fewer failed encodes and less time spent assisting guests at the kiosk.

Upload a visual guide to help guests find and use the keycard encoder.

  • Supported Formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF.
  • Max Size: 5MB.
  • Recommended: A clear photo of the encoder device or a diagram showing how to insert the card.

Main Message

The headline instruction for the encoding step.

  • Default: "Thank you for choosing to stay with us!"
  • Purpose: Acknowledge the successful check-in and transition to key creation.
  • Multilingual: Supports translations for all enabled languages.

Secondary Message

Subtitles or warm closing remarks.

  • Default: "We trust you'll have a wonderful time here."
  • Purpose: Enhance the guest experience with a friendly tone.
  • Multilingual: Supports translations for all enabled languages.

Other Instructions (Room Number)

Crucial information regarding the guest's assigned room.

  • Template Variable: Use {{roomNo}} to dynamically insert the assigned room number.
  • Recommended Text: Room Number {{roomNo}}
  • Purpose: Ensures the guest knows which room the key is for.

Setup Tips

  1. Clear Imagery: Ensure the uploaded image matches the actual hardware the guest is standing in front of.
  2. Room Number: Always include the {{roomNo}} variable in the "Other Instructions" field so the guest doesn't forget their room number.
