Export Train Gen A.I. Messages

Quick Setup

Exporting the full list usually takes less than 5 minutes. Page range exports are faster when you only need recent pages.

This guide helps you export not understood messages from Train Gen A.I.. Use it when you need a spreadsheet for review or training. The workbook includes Message, Total, and Updated At columns. Export timestamps use your merchant timezone.

Go to Train A.I., then open Train Gen A.I..

Before You Start​

Confirm these items first:

  • You can open Train A.I.
  • You know which table pages you need
  • You want the newest export, not an older file

Export Messages​

  1. Go to Train A.I..

  2. Select Train Gen A.I..

  3. Review the table if you want to confirm the messages first.

  4. Click Export to Excel.

    ✓ The export modal opens.

  5. Choose one option:

    • All Pages for every not understood message
    • Page Range for a specific table slice

  6. If you choose Page Range, enter From Page and To Page.

  7. Click Export.

    ✓ The modal closes after the job starts. ✓ The status changes to Export in progress or Export processing.

About page ranges

Each table page contains 20 messages. The page inputs use the latest available page count.

About duplicate requests

If you start another export while one is running, AVA keeps the current job. Wait for the latest download link before starting again.

Use the Latest Download​

When the export finishes, the page shows a Download latest export link. The link includes a compact completion timestamp.

  1. Wait for the status to change to Export completed.
  2. Click Download latest export.
  3. Save the workbook to your device.
Status polling

The page checks export status automatically while the job is queued or processing. You do not need to refresh the page every time.

Troubleshooting​

Page range is rejected​

What you see: You get a page range error.

Fix:

  1. Make sure From Page is at least 1.
  2. Make sure To Page is not smaller than From Page.
  3. Keep both values within the latest page count.
  4. Click Export again.

Export stays queued or processing​

What you see: The status stays on Export in progress or Export processing.

Fix:

  1. Wait a few minutes.
  2. Keep the page open while the job runs.
  3. Refresh once if the status looks stale.
  4. Contact support if it still runs after 30 minutes.

Export fails​

What you see: The status changes to Export failed.

Fix:

  1. Wait for the failed status to appear.
  2. Click Export to Excel again.
  3. Choose the same pages or a smaller page range.
  4. Contact support if the new export fails.

What you see: The export finishes, but no download link appears.

Fix:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check whether an older export is already shown.
  3. Start a new export if the latest job is missing.
  4. Contact support if the link never appears.

Duplicate export request is blocked​

What you see: You try to export again, but AVA keeps the current job.

Fix:

  1. Wait for the current export to finish.
  2. Use the Download latest export link.
  3. Start a new export only after the link appears.
  4. Contact support if the old job never completes.

Still Stuck?​
