Plan Your Daily Cleaning Order

Quick Plan

Start with Vacant rooms marked Dirty. This takes about 3 minutes.

This guide helps you use the Housekeeping list to plan daily cleaning work.

Build your list

  1. Go to Housekeeping.

  2. Click Room Status to group Vacant and Occupied rooms.

    ✓ Rooms cluster by status.

  3. Click Condition to group rooms by cleaning state.

  4. Use the Search bar to focus on a room number, room type, or guest.

  5. On mobile, tap filter chips like Dirty, Vacant, or DND Active.

Sorting is view-only

Sorting and filters do not create a saved cleaning order. Reapply them if you refresh.

Update as you clean

  1. Open the Condition dropdown for the room you finished.

  2. Select Clean or Inspected.

  3. Keep Do Not Disturb on only when needed.

✓ The list updates after it saves.

Troubleshooting

Fix:

  2. Keep the Housekeeping tab open during your shift.

No rooms match my filters

What you see: Empty list after applying filters.

  1. Clear all filters.
