Plan Your Daily Cleaning Order
Start with Vacant rooms marked Dirty. This takes about 3 minutes.
This guide helps you use the Housekeeping list to plan daily cleaning work.
| Priority | Why it matters | How to spot it |
|---|---|---|
| Vacant + Dirty | Fastest rooms to turn | Sort by Room Status, then scan Condition |
| Vacant + Clean | Ready for early arrivals | Check Condition and Do Not Disturb |
| Occupied | Coordinate before entry | Look for Occupied in Room Status |
| DND Active | Do not enter | Do Not Disturb toggle is on |
Build your list
-
Go to Housekeeping.
-
Click Room Status to group Vacant and Occupied rooms.
✓ Rooms cluster by status.
-
Click Condition to group rooms by cleaning state.
-
Use the Search bar to focus on a room number, room type, or guest.
-
On mobile, tap filter chips like Dirty, Vacant, or DND Active.
Sorting and filters do not create a saved cleaning order. Reapply them if you refresh.
Update as you clean
-
Open the Condition dropdown for the room you finished.
-
Select Clean or Inspected.
-
Keep Do Not Disturb on only when needed.
✓ The list updates after it saves.
