Find Help and Documentation
Use the Help menu for shortcuts or the page Help link. This takes under 1 minute.
This guide helps you open Streamliner docs, troubleshooting guides, and support from inside the app.
Quick Reference

Step-by-Step: Use the Help menu

Select Help in the top navigation.

Choose a guide, like Getting Started or Room Access.
✓ A new tab opens with the guide you picked.

Select Open Help Assistant to start a chat.
✓ The Help Assistant opens at the bottom-right.

Select Contact Support to open an email draft.
✓ Your email app opens with
support@vouch-technologies.com.
Step-by-Step: Use the Help link on a page

Open a page like Settings → Essentials or Check-In/Out Logs.

Select Help near the page header.
✓ A new tab opens with the matching guide.
You can find the page Help link on:
- Onboarding
- Settings → Essentials
- Settings → Room Access
- Access Codes
- Reservations (Operations)
- Check-In/Out Logs
Step-by-Step: Open documentation from the profile menu

Select your Profile menu in the top-right corner.

Select Documentation.
✓ A new tab opens with the Streamliner docs.
Step-by-Step: Open documentation from the Help Assistant

Select the Help Assistant chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.

In the Help Assistant header, select Documentation.
✓ A new tab opens with the Streamliner docs.
Troubleshooting
Help menu is missing
What you see: No Help button in the top navigation.
Fix:
- Refresh the page.
- Confirm you are signed in to Streamliner.
- Ask an admin to confirm you have access to the main app.
Help link is missing on a page
What you see: No Help link near the page header.
Fix:
- Confirm you are on one of the supported pages listed above.
- Refresh the page.
- Try again after you complete onboarding.
Documentation link does not open
What you see: Nothing opens after clicking Documentation.
Fix:
- Allow pop-ups for the Streamliner app site.
- Select Documentation again.
Help Assistant button is missing
What you see: No chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
Fix:
- Refresh the page.
- Ask an admin to confirm Help Assistant is enabled.
