Using Your QR Room Key

This page explains how guests open their room door with a QR key you receive after check-in.

Where do I find my QR room key?​

After check-in, your room card shows a QR code. Scan it with your phone to open your room key. The QR key is also sent to your email.

I lost my QR room key​

  1. Open the QR key email again.
  2. Open your room card again from the check-in link and scan the QR code.

If you cannot find it, go to the front desk.

My QR room key does not open the door​

Check that you are at the room number on your room card, then try once more. If the door still does not open, go to the front desk.
