Set Up Vouch AVA Alarm
If your device is ready, this usually takes about 10 minutes.
This guide helps you connect Vouch AVA Alarm to incoming video calls for your property. Open it from Night Shift → Alarm. It no longer lives inside Settings → Customizations → Push Notifications. If you manage several hotels, use Night Shift → Overview to activate the same alarm ID across them. You can add or rename an optional Device name for each alarm link. The same code can show a different name in each merchant. Vouch AVA Alarm works on Android and iOS devices.
| Setting | What It Controls | Where You See It |
|---|---|---|
| Enable Vouch AVA Alarm | Turns the integration on or off | Night Shift → Alarm |
| Alarm code | Links one Android or iOS device to your property | Alarm integration section |
| Device name | Labels the device for this merchant | Connected devices table |
| QR pairing | Lets you pair or re-pair a device | QR card in the integration section |
| Notification preferences | Chooses which call alerts trigger the alarm | Alarm integration section |
| Send test alarm | Sends a sample alarm to the paired device | Test area in the integration section |
Vouch AVA Alarm only triggers for incoming video calls. It does not replace browser push notifications.
Use Night Shift → Overview when you need one existing alarm ID across several hotels. That flow keeps the linked code and lets you test one registered linked alarm. When you activate Vouch AVA Alarm there, Streamliner also enables the hotel-level integration. When you deactivate a hotel with its recorded alarm code, Streamliner turns that integration off.
