Set Up ACI Guest Notice
This usually takes 5-10 minutes. Turn it on, add translations, then test one ACI check-in.
Use this page when you want a guest notice between Check In and Staff Access.
Where to Find It
Settings → Customizations → Guest Messaging → ACI Guest NoticeQuick Reference
| Setting | What It Controls | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Show notice before Staff Access | Turns the guest notice on or off | Only works in ACI mode with ID scan enabled |
| Notice Title | Short heading on the notice card | Translated for each enabled language |
| Notice Message | Main guest-facing explanation | Keep it clear and brief |
| Continue Button Label | Button guests tap to continue | Use a short action label |
