Connect WhatsApp Business Account
Most hotels connect in about 5 minutes.
This guide helps you connect your WhatsApp Business account so guest messaging can start.
Go to: Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Setup

Connect WhatsApp

Click Connect WhatsApp Account.

Complete the Facebook window steps.

Return to Streamliner.
✓ Status shows WhatsApp Connected.
Optional: Disconnect WhatsApp
Guests will no longer receive WhatsApp messages after you disconnect.

In WhatsApp Connection, click Disconnect WhatsApp Account.

Confirm the disconnect prompt.
✓ Status shows WhatsApp not connected yet.
Troubleshooting
Connect button shows "Loading Facebook SDK..."
What you see: The button shows "Loading Facebook SDK..." and stays disabled.
Fix:
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Refresh the page.
- Click Connect WhatsApp Account again.
Status stays not connected
What you see: "WhatsApp not connected yet." after you connect.
Fix:
- Refresh the page.
- Try the connect flow again.
Disconnect button does nothing
What you see: Clicking Disconnect WhatsApp Account has no effect.
Fix:
- Confirm you have access to WhatsApp setup.
- Ask an admin to retry the disconnect.
Still Stuck?

- ❌ Disconnect fails more than twice
