What You See → Fix

Website analysis is blocked

What you see: "That website blocked automated access."

Fix:

  1. Try the hotel homepage or another public marketing page.
  2. Switch to Screenshot analysis.
  3. Upload your logo manually if needed.

No logo suggestion appears

What you see: The preview shows colors, but no logo.

Fix:

  1. Apply the color suggestions.
  2. Upload your own logo with Upload Logo.
  3. Try a screenshot if the website has a visible logo.

The imported logo looks soft

What you see: The suggested logo preview looks blurry or imperfect.

Fix:

  1. Keep the suggested colors if they still match your brand.
  2. Replace the logo with a manual upload.
  3. Use a higher-quality source image if you have one.

The background looks too dark

What you see: Your uploaded background image looks muted behind the page content.

Fix:

  1. This is expected in check-in v3.
  2. The overlay keeps text readable on top of the image.
  3. Use a lighter image if the page feels too dim.

The background image is missing

What you see: The check-in page still shows the default background.

Fix:

  1. Go to Settings → Customizations → Branding.
  2. Upload the image again with Upload Background Image.
  3. Click Save Branding.
  4. Refresh the check-in page after saving.
