Set Up Your Check-In Branding
This usually takes 5-10 minutes. You can still finish with manual uploads if analysis fails.
Use this page to match the check-in flow to your hotel's brand.
Where to Find It

Website analysis only works on public pages. Private or internal URLs are blocked.
Set Up Your Branding

Go to Settings → Customizations → Branding.

Choose Website or Screenshot.

For Website, paste a public hotel webpage URL.

Click Analyze Website.

Review the suggested colors and logo.
✓ You should see a preview before anything changes.

Click Apply Suggestions.

Update any fields you still want to change.

For Screenshot, upload an image file.

Review the preview, then click Apply Colors or Use Extracted Logo.

Click Save Branding.
Manual Uploads
- Click Upload Logo to replace the suggested logo with your own file.
- Click Upload Failure Illustration to customize the error image.
- Click Upload Background Image to place a custom image behind check-in pages.
- Supported formats are PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, and SVG.
- Files must be smaller than 5MB.
- Check-in v3 adds a readability overlay on background images.
- Use a busy image only if it still keeps text easy to read.
What You See → Fix
Website analysis is blocked
What you see: "That website blocked automated access."
Fix:
- Try the hotel homepage or another public marketing page.
- Switch to Screenshot analysis.
- Upload your logo manually if needed.
No logo suggestion appears
What you see: The preview shows colors, but no logo.
Fix:
- Apply the color suggestions.
- Upload your own logo with Upload Logo.
- Try a screenshot if the website has a visible logo.
The imported logo looks soft
What you see: The suggested logo preview looks blurry or imperfect.
Fix:
- Keep the suggested colors if they still match your brand.
- Replace the logo with a manual upload.
- Use a higher-quality source image if you have one.
The background looks too dark
What you see: Your uploaded background image looks muted behind the page content.
Fix:
- This is expected in check-in v3.
- The overlay keeps text readable on top of the image.
- Use a lighter image if the page feels too dim.
The background image is missing
What you see: The check-in page still shows the default background.
Fix:
- Go to Settings → Customizations → Branding.
- Upload the image again with Upload Background Image.
- Click Save Branding.
- Refresh the check-in page after saving.
