Access Revoked After Switching Hotels

Quick Setup

If you have another hotel, select it and click Switch Hotel. This takes about 1 minute.

This guide helps you recover when AVA says your access was revoked.

Step-by-Step Recovery

  1. Read the Access Revoked message.

  2. Under Switch to another hotel, select a hotel from the list.

  3. Click Switch Hotel.

  4. Wait for the page to reload.

    ✓ You should see the new hotel name in the top bar

Why this happens

AVA blocks access when your hotel permission is removed. It keeps you signed in to switch hotels.


Troubleshooting

Switch failed

What you see: "Failed to switch hotel. Please try again or logout."

Fix:

  1. Click Switch Hotel again.
  2. If it fails again, click Logout.
  3. Sign in after your admin confirms access.

No other hotels listed

What you see: "No other hotels are available for this account."

Fix:

  1. Click Logout.
  2. Contact your admin to add access.
  3. Sign in again when access is restored.

Access revoked keeps showing

What you see: The modal returns after you switch.

Fix:

  1. Try another hotel in the list.
  2. If none work, log out.
  3. Ask your admin which hotels you can access.

Top bar shows "No access assigned"

What you see: The hotel name area shows "No access assigned".

Fix:

  1. Click your profile menu.
  2. Click Logout.
  3. Contact your admin to assign hotel access.
  4. Sign in again once access is restored.

Log Out and Contact Admin

Use this when you have no other hotels.

  1. Click your profile menu.
  2. Click Logout.
  3. Contact your admin to restore access.
  4. Sign in again once access is restored.
