Kelola Template WhatsApp

Panduan ini membantu Anda mengelola template WhatsApp untuk pesan tamu.

Buka: Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Templates

Sebelum mulai​

Pastikan persyaratan berikut:

  • WhatsApp sudah terhubung di Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Setup
  • Anda sudah mengetahui isi pesan yang ingin dikirim

Buat template​

  1. Buka Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Templates.

  2. Klik Create New Template.

  3. Isi Template Name, Template Language, Category, dan Body Content.

  4. Ketik {{ untuk menyisipkan variabel.

  5. Klik Continue.

    ✓ Langkah 2 terbuka dengan field sample.

  6. Isi sample value untuk setiap variabel.

  7. Klik Save Template.

    ✓ Template muncul dengan status badge.

Format nama template

Gunakan hanya huruf kecil, angka, dan underscore pada Template Name.

Preview template​

  1. Cari baris template.

  2. Klik Preview (ikon mata).

  3. Tinjau panel preview.

    ✓ Teks template tampil di modal.

Atur variabel template​

  1. Cari template dengan aksi Set Variables (ikon gear).

  2. Klik Set Variables.

  3. Pilih nilai untuk setiap variabel.

  4. Klik Save Variables.

    ✓ Variabel tersimpan untuk preview.

Hapus template​

  1. Cari baris template.

  2. Klik Delete Template (ikon sampah).

  3. Konfirmasi penghapusan.

    ✓ Template terhapus.

Tips​

  • Hanya template approved yang muncul di halaman penjadwalan pesan WhatsApp.
  • Gunakan Preview untuk memastikan format sebelum dipakai.

Troubleshooting​

Error format nama template​

Yang terlihat: "Template name can only contain lowercase alphanumeric characters and underscores."

Perbaikan:

  1. Hapus spasi dan huruf kapital.
  2. Coba nama baru.

No templates found​

Yang terlihat: "No templates found.".

Perbaikan:

  1. Klik Create New Template.
  2. Simpan minimal satu template.

Tombol Save Variables nonaktif​

Yang terlihat: Tidak bisa klik Save Variables.

Perbaikan:

  1. Pilih nilai untuk semua variabel.
  2. Coba Save Variables lagi.

Masih Terkendala?​

Hubungi success@vouch-technologies.com jika:

  • ❌ Template gagal tersimpan setelah beberapa percobaan
  • ❌ Status tidak berubah setelah refresh
  • ❌ Anda tidak bisa menghapus template
