Set Up Locker Systems
Quick Setup
Enable locker pickup, choose your locker type, then configure the grid. Plan about 15 minutes.
This guide helps you configure locker-based key pickup in AVA.

Where to find it
Settings → Room Access → Locker / Kiosk PickupStep 1: Select locker method
- Go to Settings → Room Access.
- Select Locker / Kiosk Pickup as the room access method.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Configure locker settings
Enable locker grid setup
Toggle Locker Grid Setup to use the visual grid for:
- Configuring locker numbers and codes
- Viewing assignment highlights
- Managing layout changes
Choose a locker setup type
If Locker Grid Setup is disabled, choose one of these types: If the grid is enabled, this section is read-only.

| Locker Number and Code | Shows both locker number and code | Physical locker banks |
| Locker Code Only | Shows only the access code | Single shared locker |
Step 3: Set up the locker grid
- Enable Locker Grid Setup.
- Go to the Locker Grid section.
- Define your layout (rows × columns).
- Enter locker Number and Code values in each cell.
Assigned rooms appear automatically when lockers are assigned during check-in or by staff.

- 💡 Train housekeeping on key placement
- 💡 Keep spare keys accessible for emergencies
Troubleshooting
If guests cannot open lockers or lockers show incorrect status, use:
