Quick Setup

Enable locker pickup, set your locker type, then configure the grid. Plan about 15 minutes.

How locker pickup works​

  1. AVA assigns a locker (automatically or by staff).
  2. A locker code is generated.
  3. The guest enters the code and retrieves the key.
  4. The locker re-locks for the next guest.

Before you start​

  • Locker hardware is installed and powered
  • Staff has a plan for key placement
  • Locker area is accessible to guests
