智能锁指引文案

快速设置

大多数酒店只修改 Main Message 和 Secondary Message。约 3 分钟即可完成。

本指南帮助你自定义住客在办理入住后看到的提示文案。

位置​

Settings → Customizations → Smart Lock Instructions

文案字段​

Main Message​

入住后展示给住客的主要提示。

  • 用途： 告诉住客使用哪个密码
  • 默认占位： "Use this code to unlock your room"
  • 示例： "Your door code is below. Enter it on the keypad to access your room."

Secondary Message​

锁的详细使用步骤。

  • 用途： 说明如何操作门锁
  • 默认占位： "Tap the keypad on the door lock, enter your code, then press the 'Key' button to unlock the door."
  • 示例： "Wake the keypad by touching it, enter your 6-digit code, then press the lock icon to open."

Other Instructions​

需要时可添加额外说明。

  • 用途： 比如共享入口的额外步骤
  • 备注： 智能锁通常无需填写

步骤​

  1. 前往 Settings → Customizations → Smart Lock Instructions。

  2. 选择要编辑的语言标签。

  3. 输入 Main Message 与 Secondary Message。

  4. 可选：添加 Other Instructions。

  5. 点击 Save。

    ✓ 住客会在入住确认页看到新文案。

示例文案​

键盘锁（PIN 码）​

Main: Your door code is displayed below.
Secondary: Touch the keypad to wake it, enter your code, then press the key icon.

手机钥匙锁​

Main: Use your mobile key to unlock the door.
Secondary: Hold your phone near the lock and keep Bluetooth on.

问题排查​

住客找不到指引​

现象： 入住确认页没有锁具说明。

解决方法：

  1. 确认文案已保存。
  2. 确认 Room Access 中选择了 Smart Lock (PIN)。
  3. 使用新的入住流程进行测试。

文案未翻译​

现象： 只显示默认语言。

解决方法：

  1. 在每个语言标签中输入文案。
  2. 确认该语言已启用。
  3. 重新检查确认页面。
