Igloohome Setup

Quick Setup

Connect your Igloohome account, then confirm the link and test a PIN. Plan about 10 minutes.

This guide helps you connect AVA to Igloohome smart locks.

Where to find it

Settings → Room Access → Smart Lock Vendor → Igloohome

Before you start

  • Igloohome locks are installed on guest rooms
  • You have an Igloohome admin account
  • Locks are visible in the Igloohome app

Step 1: Select smart lock method

  1. Go to Settings → Room Access.
  2. Select Smart Lock (PIN) as the room access method.
  3. Click Save.

Step 2: Choose Igloohome vendor

  1. In Smart Lock Vendor, select Igloohome.
  2. Confirm the Igloohome settings appear.

Step 3: Configure PIN settings

  1. Set PIN Code Expiration Time (default: 11:00 AM).
  2. Select Random Custom PIN Length (4–6 digits).
PIN length limits

Igloohome limits custom PINs to 6 digits. Locks without a Bridge use 9-digit master PINs.

  1. Scroll to Igloohome Locks.

  2. Click Link Account.

  3. Log in and authorize AVA on the Igloohome page.

  4. Return to AVA.

    ✓ You see a green checkmark and Linked status.

Step 5: Test a PIN

  1. Go to Smart Lock Setup.

  2. Select a room and click Test PIN Generation.

    ✓ A test PIN appears within 10 seconds.

Troubleshooting

"Account Not Linked" warning

What you see: Integration shows disconnected.

Fix:

  1. Click Link Igloohome Account.
  2. Complete OAuth authorization.
  3. Ensure pop-ups are not blocked.

PINs not working

What you see: Guests report invalid PINs.

Fix:

  1. Verify locks are online in Igloohome.
  2. Check lock batteries.
  3. Confirm room-to-lock mapping.
  4. Re-test PINs in AVA.

Disconnect account

To disconnect Igloohome:

  1. Go to Settings → Room Access.
  2. In Igloohome Locks, click Disconnect.

Still Stuck?

Contact success@vouch-technologies.com if:

  • ❌ OAuth link fails after multiple attempts
  • ❌ PIN tests fail for all rooms
  • ❌ Locks never appear in AVA
