Quick Setup
Connect your Igloohome account, then confirm the link and test a PIN. Plan about 10 minutes.
This guide helps you connect AVA to Igloohome smart locks.

Where to find it
Settings → Room Access → Smart Lock Vendor → IgloohomeBefore you start
- Igloohome locks are installed on guest rooms
- You have an Igloohome admin account
- Locks are visible in the Igloohome app
Step 1: Select smart lock method
- Go to Settings → Room Access.
- Select Smart Lock (PIN) as the room access method.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Choose Igloohome vendor
- In Smart Lock Vendor, select Igloohome.
- Confirm the Igloohome settings appear.
Step 3: Configure PIN settings
- Set PIN Code Expiration Time (default: 11:00 AM).
- Select Random Custom PIN Length (4–6 digits).
PIN length limits
Igloohome limits custom PINs to 6 digits. Locks without a Bridge use 9-digit master PINs.
Step 4: Link your Igloohome account

Scroll to Igloohome Locks.

Click Link Account.

Log in and authorize AVA on the Igloohome page.

Return to AVA.
✓ You see a green checkmark and Linked status.
Step 5: Test a PIN

Go to Smart Lock Setup.

Select a room and click Test PIN Generation.
✓ A test PIN appears within 10 seconds.

Troubleshooting
"Account Not Linked" warning
What you see: Integration shows disconnected.
Fix:
- Click Link Igloohome Account.
- Complete OAuth authorization.
- Ensure pop-ups are not blocked.
PINs not working
What you see: Guests report invalid PINs.
Fix:
- Verify locks are online in Igloohome.
- Check lock batteries.
- Confirm room-to-lock mapping.
- Re-test PINs in AVA.
Disconnect account
To disconnect Igloohome:
- Go to Settings → Room Access.
- In Igloohome Locks, click Disconnect.
