Wishome Setup

Quick Setup

Enter your Wishome credentials, then test a PIN. Plan about 10 minutes.

This guide helps you connect AVA to Wishome smart locks.

Where to find it

Settings → Room Access → Smart Lock Vendor → Wishome

Before you start

  • Wishome locks are installed on guest rooms
  • You have a Wishome portal account
  • You know your Offline Password Version (from Wishome)

Step 1: Select smart lock method

  1. Go to Settings → Room Access.
  2. Select Smart Lock (PIN) as the room access method.
  3. Click Save.

Step 2: Choose Wishome vendor

  1. In Smart Lock Vendor, select Wishome.
  2. Confirm the Wishome settings appear.

Step 3: Configure PIN settings

  1. Set PIN Code Expiration Time (default: 11:00 AM).
  2. Select Random Custom PIN Length (4–8 digits).

Step 4: Connect your Wishome account

  1. Enter Wishome Account Name and Wishome Password.

  2. Select Offline Password Version (v1 or v2).

  3. Click Connect Wishome Account.

    ✓ You see Wishome credentials saved status.

Step 5: Test a PIN

  1. Go to Smart Lock Setup.

  2. Select a room and click Test PIN Generation.

    ✓ A test PIN appears within 10 seconds.

Troubleshooting

Credentials incomplete

What you see: “Wishome credentials incomplete.”

Fix:

  1. Re-enter Wishome Account Name and Wishome Password.
  2. Confirm Offline Password Version.
  3. Click Connect Wishome Account again.

Token expired

What you see: A token-expired warning in Wishome Credentials.

Fix:

  1. Re-save your credentials to refresh the token.

Update credentials

If you need to change accounts:

  1. Click Remove Wishome credentials.
  2. Enter the new credentials and click Connect Wishome Account.
