Facial Verification Settings
Facial verification compares the guest's selfie with their ID photo to confirm identity. Facial verification is required for all guests.
Where to Find It
Settings → Security → Facial VerificationGuest & Staff Impact
- Guests: Stricter thresholds reduce fraud but can increase interruptions if the match fails.
- Staff: Clear thresholds and alerts help you size the review workload and respond quickly.
Verification Modes
Binary (Pass/Fail)
- Threshold: Set one confidence score (recommended starting point: 60).
- Outcome:
- Score ≥ threshold: Pass ✅ (Guest proceeds)
- Score < threshold: Fail ❌ (Guest is directed to the front desk)
Three-State (Recommended)
- Upper threshold: Auto-pass (recommended 60-70)
- Lower threshold: Auto-fail (recommended 30-40)
- Uncertain range: Scores between thresholds; the guest proceeds and staff receive an alert to review.
- Email alerts: Optional emails sent when results are uncertain.
Configuration Guide
- Choose Binary or Three-State mode.
- Adjust the thresholds.
- (Three-State) Turn on Email Alerts for Uncertain Results and add recipients.
Practical Examples
| Score | Binary (60) | Three-State (30/60) |
