Guest profiles store contact details, ID information, and stay history.
Where to find it
Guest Management view
Find a guest
- Use search by name, email, phone, or document number.
- Open the profile to view details.
Update guest info
- If edits are available, update the fields and save.
- If edits are locked, update the guest in your PMS and wait for sync.
