What Are These Reports?โ
| Report | Purpose |
|---|---|
| TM30 | Foreigner accommodation notification to Thai immigration |
| RR4 | Guest registration record for Thai hotels |
| RR3 | Thailand registration card PDF generated during check-in |
TM30 and RR4 are required by Thai immigration law for hotels with foreign guests. RR3 is generated during check-in.
Before You Startโ
You'll need:
- Admin access to AVA Streamliner
- Email addresses for report recipients
- (For RR4) Thai hotel name in Thai characters
Time Required: 10-15 minutes
Setting Up Automatic Reportsโ
- Go to Reports โ Thailand Immigration Reports
- Toggle Enable Automatic Daily Reports to ON
- Set the Schedule Time (default: 5:00 AM)
- Add email recipients:
- Enter each email address and press Enter
- Up to 10 recipients allowed
- Click Save Configuration

Email Optionsโ
You can choose how to send reports:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Combined | Same recipients for both TM30 and RR4 |
| Separate | Different recipients for each report |
To use separate recipient lists:
- Turn on Use separate email recipients
- Add emails for TM30 recipients
- Add emails for RR4 recipients
RR4 Report Settingsโ
RR4 reports have additional settings:
Required Guest Informationโ
For accurate RR4 reports, these fields must be mandatory in your registration settings:
- Nationality
- Place of Departure
- Next Destination
If any are optional, you'll see a warning. Click Configure Registration Fields to update, or go to Settings โ Check-In.
Thai Hotel Nameโ
Enter your hotel name in Thai characters (e.g., เนเธฃเธเนเธฃเธกเธงเนเธฒเธง เธฃเธตเธชเธญเธฃเนเธ).
This appears on RR4 reports. Leave blank to use your primary hotel name.
Include Stayover Guestsโ
Turn this ON to include guests who stayed overnight (not just new check-ins).
Check-in Modeโ
Choose when to record the check-in time:
| Mode | Use When |
|---|---|
| Assisted Check-In | Staff helps guests with pre-arrival |
| Full Self Check-In | Guests complete check-in on kiosk |
How it affects the RR4 time field:
RR4 uses the check-in completion time when it is available. If a completion time is not available, it falls back to the selected milestone. Assisted Check-In uses the pre-arrival completion time (staff assisted). Full Self Check-In uses the kiosk check-in completion time when guests finish on their own.

RR3 Registration Card (Thailand)โ
RR3 is the Thailand-specific registration card form. It is not a scheduled report. AVA generates the RR3 PDF during the check-in flow when the guest signature is submitted.
When It Is Generatedโ
- Self check-in: Immediately after the guest signs on the kiosk.
- Assisted check-in: When staff capture and submit the guest signature.
What Staff Should Verifyโ
- Required guest fields are collected (fields marked RR3 Required in Registration Fields).
- Guest identity and reservation details are accurate before the signature step.
Need RR3 Enabled?โ
RR3 is enabled for Thailand properties as part of your implementation. If you do not see RR3 or need changes, contact support.
