Log Filters and Search
Start with Date (last 7 days by default) and Search. You can find most reservations in under 30 seconds.
This guide helps you narrow results on Check-In/Out Logs.
Go to: Main Menu → Check-In/Out Logs
Quick Reference
| Filter | What it controls | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Search | Matches room number, confirmation number, external booking ID, guest name, or phone number | Finding a specific reservation fast |
| Sort by | Latest Activity, Last Update, Created Date, Arrival Date | Seeing the newest activity first |
| Date | Start and end date (defaults to the last 7 days) | Limiting long history lists |
| Check-In Status | Completed, Incomplete, Failed | Finding stuck check-ins |
| Check-Out Status | Completed, Incomplete, Failed | Finding stuck check-outs |
| Check-in Method | Pre-arrival, Self Check-in, Assisted Check-in | Filtering by how the guest checked in |
Use search

Enter a name, room number, confirmation number, or external booking ID in Search.

Wait for the list to refresh.
✓ The Status list updates automatically.
Filter by date

Select Date.

Pick a Start and End date.

Select Clear Dates to remove the range.
✓ The list updates to the new time window.
Filter by status

Open Check-In Status or Check-Out Status.

Select Completed, Incomplete, or Failed.

Use Select All to toggle everything on or off.
✓ Only matching reservations remain in the list.
Status meanings:
- Completed: All required steps finished.
- Incomplete: The reservation is still in progress or pending.
- Failed: At least one step failed.
Filter by check-in method

On the Status tab, use Check-in Method.

Choose Pre-arrival, Self Check-in, or Assisted Check-in.
✓ The list narrows to the selected method.
Notes about filters
- Filters apply to the Status tab.
- The Analytics tab only uses the Date range.
- The Live tab always shows the last 15 minutes of kiosk sessions.
